MERCS Miniatures are finely detailed, hand-crafted hobby products and are recommended for ages 12 and up.
MERCS miniatures ARE NOT TOYS and should only be used under adult supervision.
MERCS Miniatures are created in lead-free metal pewter. All figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted.
MERCS Miniatures are sculpted in true 35mm scale. No clever marketing lingo is used to define the size of the figures so when we say 35mm scale you know you can count on a figure that's representing a 6" tall human male stands 35mm from the soles of his feet to the crown of his head. Most figures in the MERCS Miniatures line will fall into this size height, however MERCS is a dynamic figure line so some figures may be shorter or taller to reflect the various shapes and sizes of characters we create.

Payments to MERCS Miniatures are processed securely using PayPal, or with credits cards through Authorize.net.
These methods allows customers to pay using a credit/debit card, sending an eCheck, or having the funds instantly transferred from your bank account.
Orders generally ship the following business day. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery in the U.S. and Canada. Overseas orders may take longer.
In the future we plan to offer several shipping methods. For now all orders are shipped via USPS to keep shipping as low as possible. To further serve our customers we have set shipping and handling at fixed rates detailed below.

As new figures are developed they will be made available for pre-order. The release date will be noted in the item’s description and we will do our best to have all pre-orders in the mail the day of release.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days and we will replace the item or refund as appropriate.
