It has been such a long time coming that I thought I'd give the final pics of the Yellow Jackets Assault Trooper green a new thread. The green has already been shipped to the mold maker and I will put it up in the store for pre-order as soon as I get confirmation on a ship date.

Some of you will be happy to see that there are 2 head choice (helmeted and bare).

- Enjoy -

And in case anyone is wondering the brass rod coming out of his backpack is what I used to hold the piece and will be used to sprue the pack.

Well done!

I'll take 2.

Now, for the rest of them. And that other faction.

It looks awesome. Since I live very far (probably FCC territory) I'll wait until some other model joins him before I order... so you better hurry into producing some other cool models...

Thanks for all the comments, it really gets me jazzed about the figures to hear how well they are received.

The sculpt made to the mold maker and is being master molded today! I should have the Assault Trooper up in the store for pre-order later this week.

Thanks again,

First things first, I believe this miniature is par with the previous ones, excelent quality, the way he handles the weapon makes this position so credible... super job and I will get it for my diorama ASAP. Smiley

And now the picky coment ( hope you take it like a construtive remark)
There are a couple things that you could even improve more on the miniature, for example the upper legs do seem to have to much volume in them, specially his left leg... and the face looks a tiny bit to wide and eyes to spread and nose to fat. Just smallthings really.

Congrats for a another superb sculpt.

I see the trousers as heavily padded 'overalls' (painted 'em camo on the heavy weapons trooper) perhaps with some ballistic protection (?).  As for the face - I like having the option even if he's not george clooney! Use the helmet. By the way let's continue with the seperate/spare head option with future miniatures.
