I'll be watching progress keenly - great start! It is too much too expect you to stop every so often and take photos (after all we all want the finished product) but it would be really interesting to see how you work.

I can't give a definite time as of yet but we're shooting for the Assault Trooper to be off to the caster in the next few weeks.

excellent [if slow ] progress. i like the variations you've created to the 'uniform' and equipment of each of the figures.

It looks fantastic, will there be an option without helmet? Like the one in the picture in gallery?

Wulfman, that is still yet to be determined but I am leaning towards that option.

There could be two heads coming with miniature, so we could decide which one we like more. on the other hand the head without helmet could be given to grenadier/medic trooper What's the progress on the assault trooper?

The Assault Trooper is looking pretty sweet. I also think it would be great if there was some way to have different heads for this unit so we could have him/her fill various roles on the battlefield not mention making them more unique.
